| Yoga Mat
Reasons I love:
1. I get more grip and traction
2. It is easier on my joints and limbs
3. It doesn't move even when I jump on it while doing burpees or planks
4. Now I can rest my forehead on the floor without worrying about the ground being unclean and me getting acne.
5. I feel I'm doing yoga authentically
6. I am growing stronger because now I can push into the mat harder than I could on the ground.
